Our CSR activities are based on four pillars: society, the economy, the environment, and employees. We support social initiatives, collaborate with local suppliers, implement ecological solutions, and create friendly workplaces. We believe that a company's success is not only about financial results, but also its positive impact on the environment.
We act responsibly, supporting the economy and introducing modern technology into our plants. We always pay our financial obligations on time and nurture partnerships and good business relationships. We are investing in innovative solutions such as biofilters, Tavil carton folding machines and packaging robots to increase efficiency and reduce our environmental impact. We buy raw material exclusively from Polish farmers, strengthening the local market and supporting domestic suppliers.
Our employees are the foundation of the company, so we care about their well-being. We ensure timely payment of salaries and free access to hot meals and drinks. We subsidise medical and sports packages, making it possible for them to get better health care and exercise. We organise training and team-building events, supporting professional development and fostering a sense of belonging to our team.
With concern for the planet, we are implementing measures that minimise our impact on the environment. We work with FSC-certified suppliers to prevent deforestation and send waste for recycling. We regularly reduce our film and cardboard consumption by investing in environmentally friendly solutions such as biofilters and biogeneration systems, as well as state-of-the-art machinery to reduce film. We also act locally by taking part in campaigns to make Chojnice, our hometown, greener and running awareness campaigns among employees to encourage waste reduction.
We build lasting relationships based on trust and partnership – with both suppliers and clients. We actively participate in industry events, promoting Polish meat and our region. We support local cultural, sporting and charity events, strengthening links with local communities and engaging in initiatives that bring real benefits to the surrounding area.

Chojnice, surrounded by picturesque forests and lakes, has always been a source of pride and inspiration for us. Due to the deep appreciation for the place where we live and work, we have incorporated activities aimed at greening our city into our company’s regular initiatives.
To celebrate our 30th anniversary, we initiated a tree-planting campaign, thanks to which 30 maple trees enriched the area near the playground we sponsored, and another 30 seedlings were planted along the road leading to one of our plants. As part of the Chojnice cultural event, we also handed out tree seedlings to residents, encouraging them to care for the environment together.
These activities are just the beginning – we have committed to organise similar initiatives on a regular basis to build a green future together for Chojnice and the surrounding areas. We believe that every act towards nature matters, and our care for the environment is an expression of gratitude to the place that is at the heart of our business.
We want these initiatives to be more than just tree-planting actions – they are to become opportunities to celebrate our community by combining them with cultural and entertainment events.
